Single emission wall lights for outdoor application. The super warm white LED light source with a asymmetric wallwasher light distribution is composed of 1 powerled LEDs. The luminaire body is made of die-cast aluminium en ab - 46100 and features a black finish, processed by means of open pore anodizing + powder coating; the diffuser is made of extra clear glass - tempered. The ingress protection degree is IP68,IK10.

MATERIAL CHARACTERISTICS

Die-cast EN AB-47100 aluminium housing with high corrosion resistance. Stone wash surface treatment prior to painting process. Stainless steel Allen screws with insulating treatment against galvanic corrosion. Silicone gaskets. Painting Process : 3 Step Process

1) Surface treatment with BONDERITE. A heavy metal free chemical surface treatment containing ceramic nano particles giving a cohesive, inorganic and highly dense protective coating. 2) PRE POLYMERIZATION a process of introducing an epoxy primer with excellent characteristics to the paint which also offers very high resistance to oxidation due to its Zinc content. 3) POLYMERIZATION a process with the application of polyester powder with high resistance against UV rays and harsh weather conditions. XOOLUX NANO is a minimalistic and flat luminaire designed primarily for grazing applications. The updated IP classification now stretch to IP67, meaning water resistance and suitable for outdoor use. Nano lens optics allow precise control of the light distribution while maximizing lumen output and minimalizing color over angle for crisp and homogeneous grazing. Different light distributions makes Xoolux Nano the goto product for grazing as well as delicate flooding applications. Further improving flexibility is achieved through the use of mounting clips, enabling tilt angles every 5° increments from 0° to 45°.
