MATERIAL CHARACTERISTICS

Die-cast EN AB-47100 aluminium housing with high corrosion resistance. Stone wash surface treatment prior to painting process. Stainless steel Allen screws with insulating treatment against galvanic corrosion. Silicone gaskets. Painting Process : 3 Step Process

1) Surface treatment with BONDERITE. A heavy metal free chemical surface treatment containing ceramic nano particles giving a cohesive, inorganic and highly dense protective coating. 2) PRE POLYMERIZATION a process of introducing an epoxy primer with excellent characteristics to the paint which also offers very high resistance to oxidation due to its Zinc content. 3) POLYMERIZATION a process with the application of polyester powder with high resistance against UV rays and harsh weather conditions. Single emission downlights for indoor application. The warm white LED light source with a medium wide flood light distribution is composed of 1 arrayled LEDs. The luminaire body is made of die-cast aluminium en ab - 46100 and features a white finish, processed by means of powder coating; the diffuser is made of uv resistant polycarbonate. The ingress protection degree is IP44.

The SCMD2 is a 2 universe DALI-2 controller enabling dimming and switching of up to 128 individual addressable DALI devices including luminaires and DALI relays. DALI multisensors and control plates can be added to the DALI universes creating a complete DALI solution. Each DALI universe supports up to 64 groups and can monitor the performance of DALI addressable devices and report status back through iCANnet. Emergency light tests and reporting can also be instigated through this controller.
